[Jacob-list] Abscess at base of throat latch

Hi all, I just noticed an abscess at base of the throat latch on one of
my ewes, anyone have any Ideas of what it is/whats causing it and what
to do about it?
I just caught her and it is movable (so its not cancer, I think?) and
its not tooth related because its not near her teeth...
