[Jacob-list] Question about Flock Books in JSBA

FF, A, B, C, & JSBA designations do not necessarily indicate  any level of 
"better," or "best."  They only indicate the minimum number of  registered 
ancestors.  A  "C" sheep can be poorer quality and a "FF"  sheep can be superior 
quality, depending on the breeder's  program/interests.  (One of my all-time 
best ewes was a FF ewe I picked up  at a auction barn.)  The "JSBA" designation 
is no longer  used.
