[Jacob-list] deposits

I require a deposit of 50% of the purchase price. I do it because when  we 
purchased our starter flock from Diane and Janine, that was what was  required. 
I have never heard any complaints about it. I like to know there's a  
commitment and I like a little bit of $$ up front to use until the sale is  finalized. 
The buyer gets a receipt with a balance due.
