I would worry they would get their horns stuck in the hole.  I think  it 
might work if the holes were smaller, or you put 4x4 or 6x6 fencing inside to  
limit their noses to getting in.  We built 2 feeders similar to the horned  
feeders Premier has plans for.  Only thing we would do differently next  time would 
be to raise the front legs about 3-4" so the feeder would tip back  and not 
get pulled over as easily.
