[Jacob-list] Tell me about AGM

As a newbie to Jacobs.. Is there much at AGM that will apply to me?   What is 
AGM all about?  What can I expect to see?  We have a flock of  about 40 and 
hope to be active in the show ring (Please don't lynch me) and  in breed demos.
