[Jacob-list] Keeping records

I've been using Breeders Assistant for years.  I'm just wondering how many others are also using this or other programs.  How many are using the ol' paper-method, and how many go by memory?
 
If you use BA, what features do you use to track what traits.  Have you done any tweaking to the program to make it do something special for you?
 
I love using it, but there are times I'd like to do something the program doesn't do and haven't figured it out.
