[Jacob-list] Shearing off horns

I know if you shear it off to a certain point you will never have anything
grow back, but I know as long as you leave some horn there they will grow
back. At my work there is a ram who has lost his horn 3 or 4 times after it
was trimmed many times, and he still has a 3-4 inch horn, he has averaged
about 2 inches a year in re-growth.
