[Jacob-list] Christmas sheep

Don't know the answer, but do know that some hair breeds are native to North Africa,
We have been invited to do manger pageants i Columbus 2006-2008 (7) . The invite came too late this year, so we  did not go - already had something else scheduled the day before when they called.

Talking about the Christmas season, someone asked me if the Jacob sheep
were the ones at the manger on that first Christmas if they were a type of
a hair sheep, I think they were Jacobs or maybe another eastern breed or
am I wrong?
