[Jacob-list] Guard Llamas

When I got my first Jacobs in 02 - I was afraid to put them out in the back (woods surrounded) pasture wo llamas - so waited til we got a pair.  We now have many and lace with others who have sheep and goats (and alpacas) after they are trained - agree, not every llama can be a good guard - right now I have an ungelded 3YO with some sheep and male alpacas and he has been w/sheep his whole life.

My daughter and a friend were goofing around and let out a yell and one of our llamas ran from the back field to the front to make certain they were all right. He was in a huff. Personally a good guard llama is worth gold
