[Jacob-list] Fw: failure notice

Sorry to bother the list with this, but I've run out of ideas. It's like 
being in one of those dreams where you think you've woken up but found that 
you haven't. This is my third attempt to slip quietly and graciously away 
from this list, and it doesn't seem to want to let me go. Anyone?
