[Jacob-list] Breech birth

As a follow-up to my original post.  I believe that all the placenta was expelled with the third lamb, my main concern is infection caused by my arm.  I also was wondering if the likelyhood of infection could be decreased since the ewe delivered the third lamb after my manipulation and maybe flushed out any bacteria, etc.
