[Jacob-list] vaccinations

Is there an IBR vaccination for sheep? Guess it would be IOR?  
Specifics,please.
Are shipping fever and pasteurella the same? I had thought that some 
cases diagnosed as shipping fever were more than likely pasteurella. 
Shipping fever seems to be a catch all diagnosis for respiratory 
problems that show up during shipping or stress.
