[Jacob-list] Sweetgrass is heading to SAFF

Hello, Jacob breeders!

 

Joe and I will be driving from Michigan down to the Southeastern Animal
Fiber Fair in North Carolina next month.  And yes, we're bringing a trailer.

 

I've updated photos of some of our lambs for sale on my Flickr site - see
link below.   Once you get there, click on the "sets" on the right side of
the page to see groups of ram and ewe lambs for sale.  Click on any photo
for a description.  New to the list is Sweetgrass Cynda - a 4-horned ewe
lamb that we were considering keeping.  I really like her, but need to at
least try to limit numbers.  Her sire is Cold Valley Sudbury from Carl
Fredericks in WI.   

 

We have also decided to sell our 2-horned lilac yearling ram, Sweetgrass
Grayling.  He is on the Flickr site under the Flock Sires set.  We used him
for breeding last fall, and liked all of his lambs - so much so that we
decided to keep one of his sons and move Grayling along.  He has an
excellent soft fleece, wide horns, and lots of color.  Let us know if you
are interested.
