[Jacob-list] Messaage board

To whom it may concern,
What is the Jacob list?  Is this a community message board?  I am asking because I do not know, and I am reaching out, trying to sell our Jacobs.
We sold our house, and now must find a new farm.  Not a lot in our area, so we are liquidation.  Before I go into the whole story, I just need a yes or no, and if yes, directions on how to proceed.
