Yes, they will fit without spacers, 8J with ET 23 is fine on the w126.

However, those wheels are replicas and are not genuine multi-piece wheels 
either.

Not sure they would suit the W126 which is a dated shape. Those wheels look 
great on the modern W220 chassis, but not sure they would like quite right 
on the older MB's.

But they'll fit up fine (so long as they have 12mm bolt holes and not 14mm)
