Ken,
I am in total agreement with you, however, if you haven't been on the site every day for the past several months, as I have, you have probably missed some of the racist, arrogant, and inflammatory posts Andy Meladosian has posted to this site. He has done the same thing on the Benzworld site, as well. I was brought up to defend myself, and others, if I saw fit. Satish finally banished him from the site, but he slipped back in under a different IP address, and continues to harass various list members. I don't want him here, and neither do a number of list members.
I have over twenty years experience on various European automobiles, but I will be the first to admit I don't know everything, and I enjoy logging on at the end of the day, and see what new tip or trick I can use in my work. I work for a European tuner shop, we specialize primarily in Porsche, Mercedes, and BMW repair and performance upgrades, as well as the popular Asian makes.
I feel really bad for Satish that someone like Meladosian has turned this site into a battlefield, but I can't stand by and watch an arrogant, racist jerk slam people without cause or reason, just simply out of meanness and spite, for his own twisted amusement. This guy is in serious need of intensive psychotherapy, perhaps shock treatment, say about 440 volts, 100 amps worth should do it.
