Can you 'splain' the sub frame mount details a bit.  Is it just the rear 
mounts that are done or is there a similar set-up for the front???  Does the 
rear end mount have any impact on ride quality?

I have definitely noticed the difference in ride quality on the California 
300SE vs. the one I have been driving here in New England.  I suspect the CA 
car never saw a bump, period but, here in NE every road is one continuous 
bump.
