I can't help you exactly but I'd be looking for worn insulation 
on a wire near the wiper switch or somewhere the clearance 
between the wire and a piece of grounded metal is tight.

Now if someone could tell me why my front interior lamp 
sometimes flickers on bumps or on turns, or why the 
instrument panel fuse sometimes blows when I start a 
hot engine in hot weather  - - -,
