I can't help you exactly but I'd be looking for worn insulation=20
on a wire near the wiper switch or somewhere the clearance=20
between the wire and a piece of grounded metal is tight.=20

Now if someone could tell me why my front interior lamp=20
sometimes flickers on bumps or on turns, or why the=20
instrument panel fuse sometimes blows when I start a=20
hot engine in hot weather  - - -,  =20
