The EHA (Electro Hydraulic Actuator). Its tiny O-rings can leak, but it
will also develop a leak in the body itself (probably the seam between
metal and plastic). You don't want that to happen. It might catch fire.

The mixture adjustment hardly affects starting. There is a cold start
valve, just like an extra injector, that richens the mixture for
starting anyway. 22F is NOTHING. You might notice a difference around 0F.
