Sorry group! I haven't noticed that Camran's msg I simply replied was a digest until reading Steve's. I wouldn't pollute the group with a truckload of threads otherwise.
Another thing I notice is that several recent msgs (including two of mine) have attachment icons, while they don't actually have any. Any idea why?

You are in Digest mode and your mailer probably doesn't support (or is
set to not show) html text, or your encoding is set weird. I'd try
going with single message receiving and see if your mailer will accept
html messages.
Some of your problems are generated by the folks that have email
background graphics and those jumping, waving "emoticons" in their
messages. Of course those folks will soon disappear as their computers
start to crash and won't restart.
