[W126 Coupe] off topic S500 Sedan

I saw a 1996 S500 MB Sedan I might be interested in.  My "dumb" question is, does the S500 have a timing chain like my 560SEC did?  If so, should that also be changed when you get close to 100K?  What other bits of info do I need to know about, or ask the owner?  It is Black with Grey leather and is in great condition for a Doctors wife's car.  No "Saks 5th Ave" parking lot dings and the wood, headliner, leather and carpet seems to be  perfect.  May replace the worn mats in front, but that seems the only worn areas.  Only thing is some glue residue on the dash where they had a Madonna mounted.  (Any Catholics out there know how you remove that safely?)

Any questions or things I should ask about?  When are the major services done, i.e. 60, 70, 90K miles?  I'm planning to have my mobile MB mechanic look it over, but didn't want to waste both our time if I had something to look at from the experts on the group.  Has a clean CarFax also.

Thanks in advance for any help.  I've always loved the big square body style and the S500 has all the bells and whistles I need, or could ask for.  About the only thing missing is navigation.  That is what "Map Quest" is for.  Right?  Everyone up North stay warm.
