[W126 Coupe] Non-Euro Headlight Adjustment

What do I need to do to adjust my headlights? I find lots or Euro
adjustments by using the adjustment knob, but I don't have Euro lights, nor
do I have an adjustment knob. I couldn't find anything in the archives.

What I do have are just the left/right and up/down adjustment screws on each
headlight. I need to know how far from the car to set the beams, how high
from the ground, and distance between centerlines of the left and right
lights.
