Hi Jack,
I can help you out on the manual, I get factory manuals on CD from one of our parts suppliers at the shop I work at. Normally, I charge cost and shipping which works out to $30US sending by Priority Mail, but since you're "Down Under", I'd have to check to see what shipping would be. The manual covers body, chassis, electrical, drivetrain on all 126 chassis, including diesels. An issue concerning copyright infringement came up once before when I posted that these were available. Our supplier assured me they are legit, in the opening intro on the manual, there is a paragraph that states the material cannot be reproduced without permission, and the publisher of these manuals was granted permission. In any case, if you want one let me know, I'll order one for you.
