The module is going to prevent that issue from occurring.
The module works on very little resistance - there are dip switches on the
module to set resistance level. For the W126 models, it needs to be at
highest level, as the W126 SEC windows are SO inefficient. Big heavy windows
and old technology....
The module cuts power to the window motor the INSTANT the window closes -
MUCH quicker than a human being would normally release the switch.
That's why the 1-touch modules are so good - they prevent the motor from
over-running whilst window is closed. It's a guaranteed safety measure
against destroying that door frame. Just press the switch once, let go and
let the module do the rest - no need to worry about whether the window is
fully closed or whether the switch has flicked back to the neutral position.
