For me, (re-)add 

* Overhaul of NBOS online to categorize and add search
features (Take a look at the Djinns Library on the
DMGenie site. THAT's a great way to organise contribs)

* Ability to save symbols on the pallette in the UI
(Or at least remeber the last ones). It's a PITA to
have to reset them up each time. Even better would be
an ability like Vsio to open symbol sets in
independent windows or frames at the same time.

* A map scale tool, that can be used to automagically
draw a scale reference on a map in whatever the
current default units are..
