[nbos] [FM] City Names

I have a few questions on cities within FM7.

1.  Is it possible to write a script to list out all the city names defined on
the map?  Also having locations (lat/long) and a distance table would be nice.

2. Is it possible to change the city font size for a map?  I wish to export
this map I made to a JPEG, but the names are unreadable.  Is there anyway to
increase the font size for these names?

3. Is there a place I can specify which "dictionary" to use for creating city
names?  I'd prefer to either use my own listing or Elvish names from IPad Pro
(I'm assuming this is where those names are generated from).
