[Retros] RL protocol

Hi all,

I'm new to the Retro List, but Gian has forwarded several recent 
emails.  Speaking as a NON-solver (per se), I am asking for a 
minor protocol change: Continue to distribute problems as you are 
doing, without solution(s) but add the solutions after your signature.  

I'll use this email as an example of this protocol.
