[Retros] Change of REPLY-TO of Messages sent to the Retros list

Dear Retro Friend,

Starting with this message, I have changed back the REPLY-TO of messages
sent to the Retros list from "reply to sender" to "reply to the list",
because there were more objections than approvals for "reply to sender".
