[Retros] New records and reduced categories

Due to the huge number of possible SPG tasks for discovered or double
checkmates as NDE showed I abolished these categories from the record
table. Nevertheless many thanks to Noam Elkies and Andrew Buchanan for
their lastest compositions.

Instead of two en passant categories only one is necessary so that the
record table finally consists of the following 3 categories:

Categories for shortest checkmates in SPGs:

I) Checkmates
# Qd1 = Qd1 checkmates
Pawns checkmate unpromoted. En passant moves belong to category III.
Castlings are special SPGs within this category.

II) Promotion checkmates
# Pa2->Q = Pa2 promotes to Q and this Q checkmates
The promotee may move. Discovered/double checkmates are not allowed.

III) En passant checkmates
# ep Pc2/Qd1 = Pc2 moves en passant and discovers checkmating Qd1.


New entries in the white record table are:

1 SPG from JG
new record for # Pd2->N (5.5)

2 SPGs from NDE
new record for # Pb2->B (6.5)
new record for # ep Ph2/Rh1 (7.5)

There were also SPGs for Black shown (# ep Ph7/Rh8 in 7.0 by Gerd Wilts and
Norbert Geissler 6/96; # Pe7->N in 6.0 by JG 10/02) but so far I did not
create the black record table. Some other SPGs for black can be found in
the PDB.

I wonder whether the following SPGs could be improved by one move:
