[Retros] RETRACTOR

Hi!
 
I have downloaded a retrograde chess software RETRACTOR made I think by
some Stanford University students.
This program works in Windows 98 (my laptop) but not in Win XP (my PC).
Is there anything I can do with windows XP to have retractor operate?
