I (or rather my computer) was still in the process of testing the 11.5  first 
moves...
Thanks, Mario. I am comforted by the fact that the cook is not  
obvious...With which program did you get it? (Euclide looked the more performant  when 
testing the first moves...).
The correction (?) (still far from being tested if this is possible) drops  
one full move :
r1bqkb2/1p1pp2p/8/8/8/8/1P1PPP2/R1BQKB2
SPG 11.5 (9+9)
