[Retros] First example of 'reverse mate' theme

Dear friends,
       I found the Kahl and Mortensen e p minimal:
2b1r1nr/3p1K1k/4pp1b/6pP/3qn2p/4pp2/6p1/8  mate in 1.

Now move the Re8 to d8, changing the eighth rank to 2br2nr.  Have I missed 
something or is the result:
2br2nr/3p1K1k/4pp1b/6pP/3qn2p/4pp2/6p1/8, a mate only ep minimal?
