The bPa can't neither be captured as Pawn on a7 or b6 (Bb8 illegal), nor on c5 or c3 (with 7 wP's captures and 6 bP's captures, the wPh can't vanish).
He has been promoted, but not before a2×Fb3, and after f2×e3×d4×c5×b6×a7 and b7-b6. The promoted piece has to be captured with d2×c3.
a2×Bb3 occurred before b3-b4, wBb1 and b2-b3.
The moves b2-b3 and d2×c3 took place after Bb8 : this one, can't be the white Queen Bishop and come from the white promoted pawn h.
The black sequences are : f7×e6×d5 and h7×g6×h5 (all on white squares), g7×f6 (before moving the wQB : capture of the bKB with the wPf and exit of the promoted Bishop from h8 to b8). The last capture is f6×Be5.
The wBc1 has been captured on e5.
