[Retros] recent improvements

Yes Joost is right. I had the wrong diagram on my clipboard when I hit
control-V to post it. I use EDP2diag to build diagrams: it is a great
simple tool, but the copy function has no short-cut and sometimes I
don't select it properly. wQ is on d3. Sorry about that.
