Here is my first try for mating from original square with promoted pawn:

2.g5 Ke7
3.g6 Kf6
4.gxf7 Be7
5.f8N Kg5
6.Ng6 Qf8
7.Nf4 Kh3
8.e4 Bg4
9.Ng2#

Are there faster ways with N-promotion?
What are fastest with Q/B/R?
