The ...e3#/e6# cases can be done quickly, even captureless:
(5.0): 1. d4 e5 2. Bg5 e4 3. Bh4 Qg5 4. f3 Bb4+ 5. Kf2 e3#
(4.5): 1. e4 d6 2. e5 Bh3 3. Qg4 f6 4. Bb5+ Kf7 5. e6#
More examples with captures:
(5.0): 1. g3 d5 2. Bg2 Bh3 3. Be4 dxe4 4. f3 Qxd2+ 5. Kf2 e3#
(5.0): 1. Nc3 e5 2. Ne4 Qg5 3. Ng3 e4 4. f3 Qxd2+ 5. Kf2 e3#
