We, Europeans, will perhaps never meet Jorge, but he is a nice person, for 
sure. Very enjoyable booklet!

By the way, the date of this (formal) tournament should read 2006-07, making 
distinction of the closing date (05.XII.2006) from the date of award's 
appearance and actual publication of the problems (VII.2007).
