[Retros] Illegal move at Dortmund?

I have no special knowledge of this. 1b6 could easily be a way to offer a 
draw - I've done similar things.

Most likely, they were playing on an electronic board which detetcts the 
movements of the pieces. Not knowing a draw had been agreed the board 
might pick up if the king were knocked over while shaking hands and 
replaced on the wrong square. There are lots of errors in say the 
Chessbase database where incorrect moves are included....
