[Retros] New HAP Problem

Dear retro friends,

here is another HAP problem. Early this morning, I sent it to Mario Richter for computer-checking. Half an hour later, Joost published his 1. b3 problem at the Retrograde Analysis Corner...

By now, Mario has told me that my problem is C+, while Joost's is incorrect. So I think that my problem is, after all, the first HAP problem with 1. b3. But even if it isn't, I think that my problem is still interesting because it shows both types of castling in one problem.
