[Retros] shortest Madrasi PG stalemate ended - Solution

Hi Roberto,

Even without the e.p. trick it is possible to have a stalemate after
7.0 moves (and no fewer) I think. However, that is far from supporting
a unique proof game.

I am sure that Nicolas would *only* propose a proof game which is
dual-free :-), and 12.0 moves sounds plausible to me.
