[Retros] A request to find a problem

Dear Andrey,

I composed such problem 37 years ago (!). It won 2nd Prize at Student 
Championship of Yugoslavia 1971.
Later I found one or two such problems composed earlier but I don't remember 
them any more. You can find my problem at PDB as No. P0003388.
