[Retros] LM D once again

Hi Mario,

I'm only the webmaster - the masters of the record lists are:

  Werner Keym (LM Type A, B, C)
  Mario Richter (LM Type D )
  Roberto Raosorio (ELM)
  Christoph Fieberg (SPGs ending in mate)
  Hirokaz Onoda (SPGs ending in P/N/... mate)

I need triggers to update the lists. A simple method would be to copy the
Webpage to a HTML editor or to a Word document and mark changes in red. But
also a mail specifying the necessary changes would work.
