[Retros] Happy New Year

Thanks to Olli Heimo and his sister for the reminder. This position
took longer for Popeye to confirm (about 30 minutes) than it took me
to compose; there's no new combinatorial ingredient though there's
a bit more W/B interaction than I've used before. Also no captures
and the diagram is mate:
