[Retros] Add units: 17th update (1RA)

Hi! Can the following possibly be sound? Same number of men but still cheaper material.
8/7P/5PB1/4B1P1/4NNP1/5k1P/4RP1P/6K1. (13+1). Add one unit. Intension is to add wRf1, last move 0-0. Olli.
