[Retros] Add units: 1BA (15piece)

Dear retro friends, 

I wonder if it can be done with 15 pieces like:

Stip: Add the missing unit(s). 

Intended solution: + wBc1. 
(Note: black must capture and promote at g row )

It may be possoble to reduce to 14 pieces...
