[Retros] Composition on Eric's last off-topic idea

I have made a composition according to Erics 'catch a pawn' rule:
orthodox chess rules with the exception that whoever snaps the first
pawn wins.

White: Kd5,Qd3,Rb3,Bc4,Nb8,Ng4 Pawns:b2,b5,d2,e4,f2,g2,g5,h2
Black: Ka8,Bf8 Pawns:a7,b7,c5,d6,e7,f7,g7,h7

White to move wins. Don't look too long, if you haven't been able to
solve it within 15 minutes the composition is probably wrong.
