I have access! :) I only have a complete database up to 5.0 moves,
though. In that database, I found 192 PGs in 5.0 moves with fake black
king-side castling, and nothing else. The PGs are the following:
1. Nf3 f5 2. Ne5 Nf6 3. Nxd7 Kf7 4. Nxf8 Rxf8 5. [19 choices] Kg8
1. b3/b4 f5 2. Bb2 Kf7 3. Bxg7 Nf6 4. Bxf8 Rxf8 5. [18 choices] Kg8
1. d3/d4 Nh6 2. Bxh6 f5/f6 3. Bxg7 Kf7 4. Bxf8 Rxf8 5. [23 or 24
choices] Kg8
1. d3/d4 f5 2. Bg5 Kf7 3. Bxe7 Nf6 4. Bxf8 Rxf8 5. [21 or 22 choices] Kg8
(The number of choices depends on whether 1.d3 or 1.d4 was played.)
