[Retros] invisible castling / capture free fake castling

Greetings:
 
Capture-free fake castling will require at least 7 moves by the theme side, 
 but can that be achieved?  The task can be done in 8.0 moves for  sure.
 
If one capture is allowed, it is possible to show fake castling in 7.0  
moves and have all the non-theme side's pieces at home.
