Dear retro friends,
"Same procedure as every year". :-)
The traditional Christmas Contest by Harald Keilhack ("Stuttgarter
Zeitung", German newspaper) has been published.
Find hereafter my translation of the latest issue of the chess column.
Among the senders of correct solutions for A and B the following prices
will be drawn by lot:
- an Apple iPod Touch
- a Falk Navigation System
- an Apple iPod Nano
The senders' names with correct solutions of all five problems will be
published, and they will receive a book price.
Pay attention to receive a legal position in case a chess man has to be
added. And check if more than one solution is existing.
For problem B white starts with the retraction and black defends
(Proca).
For problem C black supports white during retraction and during the
forward play.
